     This is a formal notice to you that we have two policy adjustments on our Medical Rep. Certificate (MRC) project based on the decision of this year's Q3 EC meeting, though we have announced it within MRC workgroup before. They are:
1.    Postpone the 5 years validity period of MRC certification to permanent. This is not to be applied retrospectively. 
2.    Change the participation of MRC Renewal from compulsory to optional, it will be left as a continue-education stage to individual member's discretion to maintain or update and MR's continued education, but RDPAC still encourage their participation.
3.    The specific instruction for continue-education is attached on the platform for further reference.

     现正式通知，在2016年Q3理事会上，RDPAC决议通过对内部“医药代表专业培训”（MRC）项目政策调整如下：
1、取消MRC证书5年有效期，改为终身有效；
2、原MRC继续教育阶段由“必须参加”调整为“建议参加”，个人可在获取证书后的次月月初登陆继续教育平台进行学习。具体由各会员公司自行决定，但RDPAC仍然鼓励参加。
3、选择参加继续教育的公司或个人请参照具体平台的说明。
