自2019年6月1日起，MRC项目不再作为协会强制要求会员公司参加的项目，而是RDPAC为会员公司提供、会员公司自愿选择要求其医药代表参加的一项专业培训项目；        
        RDPAC以免费提供MRC（在线）培训和考试的方式鼓励会员公司参加MRC培训项目，考试的成绩单以及完成所有培训课程的结业证均可经由各公司及代表现有的MRC账号查询；
        原计划的电子课件及模拟考试（占所有考题的70%）也将于今年6月1日同步上线；相应的新版考试则将在3个月的过渡期届满后（即9月1日起）上线；
        MRC考试的成绩单可被各会员公司用作评价医药代表的专业水平能力的（一部分）指标，且在此基础上自行制订全面评价医药代表专业能力的标准和体系；
        本MRC政策将于上述变更日（即6月1日）起正式生效，新政策对上述日期前的运营和操作模式无追溯力。此前的已颁发的证书和考试成绩仍可由各公司及代表现有的MRC账号查询。
        As of June 1, 2019, the MRC program (and its tests) is no longer a mandatory program required of the RDPAC member companies, but a service provided by RDPAC for member companies to voluntarily enroll their MRs for training and professional education. 
        RDPAC encourages its member companies to participate in the MRC program, by providing complimentary MRC training (on line) and the tests, with the transcripts together with the paper proof of completion of the training courses being accessible on line via the same MRC account both by the MRs and the member companies.          
        The planned upgrade of the e-text books as well as model tests (which are 70% of the total test questions) will be available as of June, 1 as well, and a 3-month transition period will be given before the new MRC tests are officially adopted (i.e. the September 1).         
        The MRC test results may be referred by the member companies as a (partial) index of the MRs’ academic or professional capability, based on which each of the member companies may have its own evaluation standard and system of the MR’s overall capability.
         Changes to the MRC program will take effect as of the date as above-stated (June 1), with no retroactive effect to the practice prior to such date. All the certificates granted before June 1 2019, as well as all the test results of the MRs will be accessible to the concerned MR and the member companies via the same log-in method as the current practice.
